Originally the company began as Computer Security Research.  Over time various IT ventures were started by Computer Security Research that were very successful but didn't fit the original security business focus.  In 2003 it became apparent that a parent company should be formed with a broader vision than just computer security and each successful IT venture should be divided into individual entities.  Hence the creation of CSR Technologies.

CSR Technologies .com was founded by Richard Pickett, an international IT consultant who's background includes working within IT/IS with prestigious companies and industries like the Department Of Defense, the Ford Motor Company, the banking industry, and Nortel Networks.  Richard, using the latest industry developed technologies, has developed a proprietary method of completely securing an Internet connection while still providing public access to the private services hosted internally.  This technology was originally released as the Firon Security server. As this technology and it's supporting services has evolved, CSR Technologies renamed this Security Server to "Cerberus".

 

  To date CSR Technologies Security Servers have stopped 500,000+ recorded intrusion attempts since 1999 without one compromise in security.  This proprietary technology is solely available from CSR Technologies.
